This is an 8 week group designed specifically for women who discovered infidelity or addiction later in their marriage. Navigating betrayal in a long term marriage brings different questions, concerns and heart aches when the life we thought we had built suddenly shatters under the weight of lies, deception and betrayal. Topics will include boundaries, finances, how or if to tell family, self-care, re-envisioning the past, present and future, reclaiming our dignity and feminine genius, and ideas brought by participants.
